Orders are typically shipped the following business day after payment has been received and verified. For your protection, the billing information must match the payment method used at checkout.

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery and are fully insured while in transit.

Pre-owned watches may be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are returned in the same condition as received. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Every timepiece sold by Chrono Boutique NY is carefully inspected and authenticated prior to sale.

Unless otherwise stated, all pre-owned watches sold outside of the original manufacturer's warranty are backed by our one (1) year in-house limited warranty against mechanical defects that occur under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, water intrusion, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, straps, bracelets, crystals, batteries, or routine maintenance.

If your watch is determined to have a covered mechanical defect during the warranty period, Chrono Boutique NY will, at its discretion, repair the watch or provide an appropriate solution.
