Return & Refund Policy
At Chrono Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. We encourage every customer to review the details of their purchase carefully before completing an order. Due to the unique nature and value of luxury timepieces, the following return policy applies.
Pre-Owned Watches
Pre-owned watches may be returned within 3 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the watch must be:
- In the same condition as originally shipped.
- Unworn and free from any new damage, scratches, or alterations.
- Returned with all original boxes, papers, accessories, tags, and included items.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns of pre-owned watches are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee covers inspection, authentication, handling, payment processing, and administrative costs associated with the return.
Return Authorization
Customers must contact Chrono Boutique within the 3-day return period to obtain return authorization before sending any merchandise back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and fully insuring returned merchandise until it has been received and inspected by Chrono Boutique.
Chrono Boutique is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Inspection
All returned merchandise will undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival to verify its condition and completeness.
Refunds will only be issued after the inspection has been successfully completed and the return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- New or unworn watches sold as final sale.
- Watches that have been worn, resized, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Watches missing original boxes, papers, accessories, manuals, links, tags, or included components.
- Special orders or custom-request items.
- Any item returned outside the 3-day return period.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible, less the applicable 15% restocking fee.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
